Website Terms
Last updated: August 20, 2026
These Website Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of centralwize.com and its public content. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Access to a CentralWize product, pilot, secure workspace, or customer environment is governed by the applicable customer, pilot, evaluation, or other written agreement—not solely by these public Website Terms.
1. About CentralWize
CentralWize provides organization tools for people in family cases and for family-law professionals. The consumer experience organizes files and records; it does not decide who is right, predict a court outcome, or tell anyone what to file. This website provides general information, controlled access to CentralWize sign-in, an optional consumer waitlist, and a separate firm-product contact path. Any customer-specific rights, features, services, or obligations are governed by the applicable written agreement or product terms presented to the customer.
2. No legal advice or attorney-client relationship
The website, account experience, consumer waitlist, organization tools, and any public demonstration are provided for organizational, business, and informational purposes. CentralWize is a technology company, not a law firm. Nothing on the website or in an organized on-screen record is legal advice, and use of CentralWize does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Lawyers and law firms remain responsible for professional judgment, client advice, court submissions, legal conclusions, deadlines, confidentiality, privilege, supervision, and compliance with applicable law, rules, orders, and ethical obligations.
3. Permitted use
You may use the public website for lawful informational purposes, product evaluation, account access, and waitlist registration. You may not:
- Interfere with or attempt to bypass website security.
- Probe, scan, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or access the website by automated means except as permitted by law or our written consent.
- Use the website to distribute malicious code or unlawful content.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, or relationship with a law firm or client.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
4. Public forms and confidential information
Public waitlist and contact forms are not matter-submission channels. Use a released invitation to create an account, or sign in through the CentralWize app, before uploading matter files. The consumer waitlist accepts only a name and email address. It does not request or accept case facts, files, or a description of where you are in a legal process. Do not include privileged communications, children’s names, client-confidential material, financial account information, sensitive personal information, or case evidence in any public form. We may use the contact and form information you submit to manage the waitlist or respond to your request.
5. Product information and illustrative content
Public product descriptions and visuals may be simplified or illustrative. Organization results and available configurations may vary based on the customer agreement, case type, source quality, permissions, and other implementation requirements. CentralWize does not guarantee that an organized record is complete or suitable for a particular legal purpose. A signed customer agreement controls any purchased service, support obligation, security commitment, or service level.
6. Intellectual property
The website, brand, visual system, software descriptions, interfaces, text, graphics, and other CentralWize content are owned by CentralWize or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not grant you rights to CentralWize software, trademarks, or confidential information.
7. Third-party services
The website or a demonstration may reference integrations, providers, or third-party services. Their availability and use may be governed by separate terms, permissions, customer choices, and technical requirements. CentralWize is not responsible for third-party websites linked from the public site.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular legal matter. Nothing on the public website should be relied on as a substitute for independent legal, financial, tax, security, or professional review.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CentralWize will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you. A separate customer agreement may contain different terms for a purchased service.
10. Changes
We may update the website and these Terms as CentralWize develops. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Contact
Questions may be sent to support@centralwize.com. Consumers can join the waitlist or sign in. Firm product inquiries can use the CentralWize firm contact form.
